Painterly Farm Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out.  We will do what we can to make things right.  Because of the nature of the business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, but will gladly give you a credit for the next season.

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, you can do so by e-mailing painterlyfarmdahilas@gmail.com.  If we have already sent the order, we cannot cancel it or refund your money.

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please notify us within 48 hours by e-mailing painterlyfarmdahlias@gmail.com.  We will review requests for credits and claims on an individual basis, and may request digital photographs before issuing a refund or credit.
