Orders will not be processed until after April 1st. After that date we will process them in the order received. However, no tuber will be shipped without a visible, growing eye! Your order may be delayed until that happens!  Orders are not held until payment is made.

Painterly Farm Refund & Cancellation Policy

   We MUST be notified of any issues within 48 hours of the receiving of your package. That notification must include clear, close up pictures of the issue. We will do what we can to make things right. Because of the nature of this business we cannot accept returns or exchanges, however, we may replace that tuber when possible or we may issue you a refund. Please don't hesitate to contact us regarding any of your concerns.

   We will not replace or refund a rotted tuber unless you can prove you received it rotten. Most tubers rot as a result of being left in the bag or box in which they were shipped. We will need clear, up close pictures or video sent to us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

   As for the terrifying subject of Gall....

I have been growing Dahlia's for a very long time and I process over 4000 clumps or roughly 30,000 tubers each year. I am meticulous when it comes to constant inspections of my plants through the growing season and the tubers through storing and shipping process. I personally inspect EVERY tuber as it is packaged. Unfortunately we do get Gall now and then as it lives in EVERYONES soil. With that being said, occasionally one does make it through without visible signs of Gall. You must notify me of a suspect tuber/plant and provide a CLEAR PICTURES of what you believe to be Gall. Once I inspect the pictures and determine that it is in fact Gall, you will then be issued a refund. IF YOU THROW AWAY THE TUBER BEFORE TAKING PICTURES, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A CREDIT. No offense but too many people incorrectly label perfectly healthy, normal looking tubers as infected due to a lack of experience. Instead of a refund, we may chose to replace the tuber with the same variety when possible.

CANCELATIONS

   If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, you can do so by e-mailing painterlyfarmdahilas@gmail.com.  If we have already sent the order, we cannot cancel it or refund your money.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

   If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please notify us within 48 hours by e-mailing painterlyfarmdahlias@gmail.com.  Photos are required to file a claim with all carriers. If you do not provide clear pictures of the damage we cannot file a claim.

This website offers visitors dahlias and tubers shipped direct. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Painterly Farm uses USPS for shipping all products.  We will not be responsible for the performance of the carrier, including in the case of late, delayed, or damaged shipments and can provide no guarantees with respect to delivery times.
